Atsinna at Sunset

Atsinna is the name of the excavated pueblo at the top of the mesa at El Morro National Monument.  It dates back to 11-1200, and was abandoned much as the other ancient pueblos in the Four Corners Area.  On the last night of our volunteer stay at El Morro, we got special permission to go up to the top after hours to watch the sunset and the low light shone on the pueblo.  It was a wonderful farewell.
